Spring Break Camps
We missed you in 2020, but can’t wait for Spring Break Camp in 2021! Check back in early 2021 for camp details!
2020 Daily Camp Themes
Spring Daze: Time to say sayonara to snow and hello to spring! Sightings of baby animals, flowers blooming, and birds chirping are all telltale signs that spring has arrived. Campers will explore the Preserve, complete fun crafts, and even interact with a special guest visitor to discover what else spring has in store.
Sprouting into Science: April showers bring May flowers, but what else do plants do in the springtime? Join us and unearth what exactly plants do after they wake up from their long winter’s rest. Thistle be the best camp ever!
Pollinator Pals: Bats and butterflies and bees, oh my! Come join us as we figure out what the buzz is with pollinators. Through hands-on activities, we will explore how even the tiniest of pollinators make a big difference, and what we can do to conserve and support our pollinator pals!
Home Sweet Home: Put on your muck boots, click your heels three times, and prepare to discover the many homes that surround us in the natural world! Ponds and streams, burrows and leaf litter, tree trunks and willow stands—campers will safely explore the homes and habitats of our region’s residents.
Sensational Spring: There’s more than meets the eye when it comes to observing nature around us! From listening to bird calls to smelling wildflowers, we will use our five senses to welcome the spring season out on the Preserve.
The cost of camp is $60 per day. This fee helps to cover the cost of supplies for activities, special guest visitors, snacks, facility expenses, our staff’s time planning and facilitating camp, and more.
Tuition waivers are available to individuals with financial need. Please contact Katherine Veeder, Education Director, at firstname.lastname@example.org or (435)797-8942 for more information.
If you cancel more than 2 weeks before the day of camp, you will be refunded minus a $25 fee per day of camp/per camper. If you cancel 2 or less weeks prior the day of camp, you will receive a refund (less the $25 fee mentioned above) only if your spot is filled from the waitlist. If your spot cannot be filled, you will not receive a refund.

If you would like to pay with cash or check, please contact Katherine Veeder at (435)797-8942 or email@example.com.
